Texas rental property

Evictos helps landlords remove problem tenants without dealing with

STEP 01

We prepare the paperwork

We collect the details, prepare the eviction documents, and file with the correct court.

STEP 02

We attend the hearing

You do not have to figure out court on your own. We attend the eviction hearing on your behalf where allowed.

STEP 03

We keep you updated

You get clear updates as your case moves through notice, filing, hearing, judgment, and next steps.

STEP 04

We help you get possession back

If the tenant does not leave after judgment, we help with the writ of possession process.

FAQ

Do I need to go to court?+

In most standard Texas eviction cases, we can attend the hearing on your behalf as your authorized agent where allowed by Texas law.

What do I need to start?+

Lease, tenant name, property address, reason for eviction, rent ledger if it is for nonpayment, and any notice already sent.

What if I already sent the notice?+

Upload it when you start. We'll review it and let you know the next step.

What if I have not sent a notice yet?+

We can prepare the notice and help move the case forward from there.

What happens after the hearing?+

If judgment is granted and the tenant does not leave, the next step may be a writ of possession. We help you with that process.

Are court fees included?+

No. Court fees, constable fees, locksmith, moving, and other third-party costs are separate.

Are you a law firm?+

No. Evictos is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. For legal advice or contested/appealed matters, we may recommend speaking with an attorney.
